It's a great app and our customers love using it. However, we would suggest the following features: Better position options for the button, so that you can position it freely. A link to the points system, so that you can set up a webpage with detailed information about the points system. Cookie with close window. If the customer closes the window, it will not be displayed again. This requires a close window icon and the setting of a cookie.

If an order is cancelled/voided/refunded the points needed to unlock a VIP tier should be adjusted similar to how a customer's points balance is: https://help.rivo.io/en/articles/6670948-automatically-adjust-points-on-refunded-or-cancelled-orders

Its a good feature to have a way to remove or downgrade the VIP tier. For example, after a customer canceled/voided an order that caused them to enter a VIP tier, as a merchant I might want to downgrade the customer.

As a merchant, I want to be able to add constant discount perks for every orders of certain tiers. For example: Bronze - 5% OFF on all orders Silver - 10% OFF on all orders Gold - 15% on all orders For now, the rewards everytime a tier is unlocked can only be applied once.

My customers may be unaware that they have loyalty points that they could spend on a discount. It would be great to have a setting to enable a pop-up notification during the checkout process, whenever a customer has enough points to redeem a reward. Once POS compatibility is implemented, a similar notification to POS would be important as well.

Be able to integrate with Recharge, Smartrr, Bold Subscriptions, and other subscription apps

Automatically remove expired coupons from customers accounts. There unclaimed rewards that have expired but still showing on our customers profiles.

My strategy this year is focused on Youtube and it would be great to have extra points for my customers.
