Recurring discount perks for VIP Tiers

As a merchant, I want to be able to add constant discount perks for every orders of certain tiers. For example:
Bronze - 5% OFF on all orders
Silver - 10% OFF on all orders
Gold - 15% on all orders
For now, the rewards everytime a tier is unlocked can only be applied once.

We’ve rolled out a checkout extension that improves your ability to add recurring discounts for your tiers. This enhancement allows you to link static discounts with your VIP rewards, ensuring a more seamless and productive experience.

Recurring discount rewards for VIP members would be great! So, every silver level customer would receive a benefit of 5% off eligible products, while gold members receive a standard benefit of 10% off eligible products. Separate landing pages for bronze, silver, and gold would also be helpful.
