Use case: Customer reaches out to say they forgot they had a membership or would like to extend their membership. Solution: Allow merchants to change the next charge date for the membership subscription and offer option to change it for all recurring or just next charge.

Basically assign a collection or a list of products, and customers can choose 1x free products from that list/collection of products. Use case: As a customer I want to be presented an opportunity to choose from different types of merch that this store offers as reward of their loyalty program. After I reached this tier, I expected to get a choice between different merch designs and types of merch (shirt, hat, hoodie, etc).

Once a customer is added to the sale in Shopify POS, is it possible for the Rivo integration to display more detailed loyalty information — such as their tier/status, current points, and how far they are from reaching the next level? At the moment we can only see the point balance, which is helpful but quite limited. Having this additional information visible in POS would make it much easier for our team to recognise loyal customers in-store and deliver a more personalised experience.

For example, the merchant is asking to extend the maximum points delay setting, as the current limit is too short for businesses in Europe, where a 14-day return window is legally required. They shared that customers could use points before the return period ends, creating financial and legal risks for stores. To help merchants stay compliant and avoid issues, they suggest either removing the cap or allowing a much longer delay.

We’d like to suggest an update to how Free Product Rewards work. Currently, if the product costs more than the discount value set in points, customers must pay the difference. This means the points-to-cost ratio must match the product’s full price for it to be completely free. We’d like the option to set a lower points requirement while still allowing the customer to redeem the item 100% free. This flexibility would make the program more enticing and allow us to reward loyal customers more creatively.

Ability to cap the number of rewards an advocate can redeem. I.e if we are offering a free product, we don't want them to be able to redeem 7 free products if 7 people use their code.
