Notify customers about unused points at checkout

My customers may be unaware that they have loyalty points that they could spend on a discount. It would be great to have a setting to enable a pop-up notification during the checkout process, whenever a customer has enough points to redeem a reward.
Once POS compatibility is implemented, a similar notification to POS would be important as well.
