I have a custom integration where customers are signing up with their phone number, then I create a Shopify account for them via Shopify API, then I try to reward them for signing up in the Rivo API. This usually results in a 404 from Rivo and then I try, try and try again and even way 5 minutes and try again but I still get 404 customer not found. I then manually have to add the points.

My question is, what's the best way to trigger Rivo to see that a new customer profile is created in Shopify and to create it in Rivo so that I can add points right away for a new customer?

Is it slow because I have metafields turned on? Would it help if I set the metafield in Shopify before making a call to Rivo to reward the customer?
