Only customers who made a purchase can write a review. If the discount is enabled—anyone who uploads a photo can get the discount even if they don't have an order. This should only be possible for customers who made a purchase

Verify reviews manually. For those who have migrated from another review app that had a lot of verified reviews. It is not helpful to lose the verified badge once you migrate to Rivo and customers lose trust.
