A merchant reported that on the Rivo Order Details page, partial payment breakdowns are not being displayed.

Partial Payment Collected at Checkout: $3

Remaining Balance: $17

Shopify’s Order Page reflects this correctly as a partial payment with separate pricing. However, Rivo’s Order Details only shows the full $20 order total without any indication of the $3 already paid.

Impact:

Merchants relying on the Rivo Order Details page for tracking are missing key financial data. This impacts their ability to reconcile orders accurately within Rivo.

Merchant Feedback:

They highlighted that this makes order management more difficult and requested we support partial payment details on the Rivo Order Details page. Relevant screenshots were provided.

Request:

Add support for displaying partial payment breakdowns (initial payment + remaining balance) in the Order Details view, consistent with how Shopify displays it.
