Shopify POS, Rivo integration display their loyalty tier/status, current points, and how far they are from reaching the next level

Once a customer is added to the sale in Shopify POS, is it possible for the Rivo integration to display more detailed loyalty information — such as their tier/status, current points, and how far they are from reaching the next level? At the moment we can only see the point balance, which is helpful but quite limited. Having this additional information visible in POS would make it much easier for our team to recognise loyal customers in-store and deliver a more personalised experience.
