Send a custom reminder about points available

Please vote this! - This should be a basic feature.
www.sweetieshoppie.co.uk have thousands of customers with points but there's no reminder options to prompt them to spend some points.

Hi everyone 👋 While the Points Reminder notification is not currently available, we would love to share some alternative solutions you could use in the meantime:
1.- Points Expiry feature
Set up a dynamic expiration date for Loyalty points to increase engagement within the program. Send emails to members 30 and 3 days before points expire to create urgency and encourage point spending. More info: https://help.rivo.io/en/articles/6778445-points-expiry
2.- Create reminders from email marketing platforms
Connect Rivo with Klaviyo, Sendlane, Drip, or Mailchimp to integrate Loyalty data into emails, showcasing points balances and enabling personalized reminders. More info: https://help.rivo.io/en/collections/5627541-email-sending-platform-esp-integrations

The widget would send out reminders to customers when they have points available to spend, if they have enough points for a reward, reminder to refer their friends to shop, reminder to sign up for rewards

I think that this will not help after 2 days. The goods have not yet arrived at the customer and have not yet been used.
I would like if you can determine when another reminder is sent. After 2 weeks and 2 months for example.

Would you mind expanding on how you would like this to function?
Something like this?
- Customer earns points
- Send email notification instantly (as we already do)
- Wait 2 days and send another email if the customer has not spent their points?
