Notify customer when adjusting points manually

We'd like the customers to be notified per email when we manually adjust the points. So they are notified about the change.

Let's maybe have a checkbox "Notify Customer"

It would be a nice feature to have another email notification that would send after manually adjusting members' points balances e.g. by Bulk Points Update

Emailing the customer when their points are modified/ added to.

Having the option to email the customer of a current balance they may have forgotten about.
