Auto adjustment of points when refunded, partially refunded, canceled, or exchanged

After refund, partially refunded, cancelled, or exchanged an order, the points should have been adjusted by net payment. Recently, the customers collect the point based on the Total amount not Net payment.

Looks like a planned feature for over a year now. I just transitioned to this app and now this feature not being included, makes it a deal breaker for sure. This would be very time consuming on my end to manually adjust every single return amount or partial return.

How long does it take a company to go from planned to completed. This is absolutely unacceptable that you could create a program that allows people to earn points even if their order is cancelled. There is no logic here.
