We’d like to suggest an update to how Free Product Rewards work.
Currently, if the product costs more than the discount value set in points, customers must pay the difference. This means the points-to-cost ratio must match the product’s full price for it to be completely free.
We’d like the option to set a lower points requirement while still allowing the customer to redeem the item 100% free.
This flexibility would make the program more enticing and allow us to reward loyal customers more creatively.
