Hi everyone 👋 We're pleased to let you know that you can now use the customer tag 'Rivo Excluded' to exclude customers from your Loyalty program.
This tag also unlocks the option to create customer segments in Shopify, allowing you to filter customers sharing the same tag, and automate the addition/removal of the customer tag through a Shopify workflow.

as a store with an affiliate scheme it would be great to be able to exclude our affiliates from earning reward points in one quick step as we already reward them significantly through their comission
