hello, some store owners like me are looking for more abandoned cart emails sent and not SMS for example, if you give us the ability to add some automated steps or change some of the existing ones this would be great.

for example, I want to have the ability to send 3 automated emails instead of only 2, the third one after 3-4 days with a discount code, and the SMS feature is not what i need to i can change it to another email instead.
